Services
What comes with the furniture
Delivery, assembly and after-sales are part of the price, not extras bolted on at checkout.
Countrywide delivery
Same-day within Nairobi on orders placed before noon, next day across Kiambu, Machakos and Kajiado, and two to four working days upcountry. Free on orders over KES 150,000.
Assembly on arrival
Anything that ships flat-packed is assembled in the room it belongs in, by the delivery team, at no extra charge. Packaging leaves with them.
Space planning
Send us the dimensions of your room and we will tell you honestly whether the piece you are looking at fits, and what to consider instead if it does not.
Warranty and repairs
Two years on frames, mechanisms and finishes for major pieces. Recliner mechanisms and sofa springs are repaired rather than replaced wherever possible.
